3 Your rights

You have the following rights with respect to your personal identifying information relating to you:

3.1 General rights

It has the right to information, correction, elimination, limitation of processing, opposition to processing and portability of data. If processing depends on your consent, you have the right to revoke it with effect for the future.

3.2 Rights in the processing of data based on legitimate interests

Pursuant to Article 21 (1) of the RGPD, you are entitled, at any time and for reasons relating to your particular situation, to oppose the processing of personal identification information relating to you in accordance with Article 6 (1) (processing of data on grounds of public interest) or Article 6 (1) (f) of the RGPD (data processing for the protection of a legitimate interest). The same applies to profiling based on this provision. In the event of objection on your part, we will stop processing your personal identifying information, unless we present solid and legitimate grounds for processing that prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing of information contributes to defend, exercise or assert a legal right.

3.3 Rights under direct advertising

If we process your personal identifying information for the purposes of direct advertising, you have the right under Article 21, paragraph 2, of the RGPD to oppose its processing for that purpose at any time. The same applies to profiling, where appropriate, insofar as it is associated with such direct advertising.

In case of objection on your part, we will no longer process your personal identifying information for these purposes.

3.4 Right to complain to a supervisory authority

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about our processing of your personally identifiable information.
